The program is good, but I struggled with it. I found it discouraging when some people dropped 4 pounds and only cut out soda. For me I lost 13 pounds in 9 months, and have kept it off for the past year. The first 5 came off then i was up 2 down 2 for about 6 weeks. Then I started running. The running has dropped another 5…

I got mine at the Bulk Barn. My running buddies use the seeds in their protien shakes before a long run.

At the running room we started with 10 sets of 1 min run 1 min walk. and each week we bumped our running time. at the end of 10 weeks we were doing 8 run 1 min breaks for 24 mins. Most of us were covering 3.5k, the faster ones were closer to 5k. At this point you want to make it a habit of running and this encourages you.

I have been running with the running room for a year now. My best times are with my group. I've just started the 1/2 marathon training, and there is no way I could do my tempo runs without my friends. Your time is awesome and keep it up, The more you get out, the better you will get.
