Fish... wish I liked it, but just don't.

This has been the best solution for me.

I could have written this post. I have been on & off MFP so many times I can't count. I've tried every crazy diet in the book. BUT that doesn't mean that we can't stop that cycle and get back on the right track!

Hahaha, take it as a compliment! And maybe go get some new jeans? lol.

Glad you're having a good summer!! I have been faced with a lot of little parties and get togethers, grilling out. But I've also had more time to exercise - and swim, which I'd forgotten how much I love!!! I think it's balancing out for the most part. Have missed you lately!

I managed to get some exercise in but weather didn't permit the sunny outings I'd hoped for. I plan to keep it up, even for only 15 minutes a day, exercise and (weather permitting) get outside! :) hope you can get to your walks soon!

Wow, you look great!! I hope to be "overweight" soon too!

So glad I shared. Was feeling down today, but decided to go for a walk because my goal was getting out and moving every day. The sunlight actually lifted my mood!

I would like to set a goal to exercise everyday - and spend more time outside! The sunlight makes me feel happier and less likely to mindlessly eat (or eat because I'm down) if I'm outside moving!

I had a "bad day" myself not long ago, it is disheartening, but as SusanJean reminded me, we are only human! Just get back up and don't give up. Thanks for sharing, I feel a little less alone!

feel free to add me. I'm trying again after a failed attempt about a year ago as well! hoping to stay on track this time!

feel free to add me, 26 year old student working PT, on 1390 cal/day. :)

Hi! I didn't know there was message boards as I've been using the mobile app. I'd love to have some friends (all the ones I had stopped logging on...). I could use the motivation and support. Kind of new to the networking thing myself.
