4-2-1-1 cake! 130 cal mug cake
I've seen a few posts about the 3-2-1 mug cake and I decided to try it. It worked well but the flavor wasn't as intense as I wanted (I used chocolate cake mix) and it was a little drier than I would like. After some delicious experimenting, I found a way to solve these problems without adding a lot of calories.
Here's what I came up with:
1. Mix together in a big ziplock bag.
1 box of angle food cake mix
1 box of chocolate cake mix
1 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
2. Mix together in a mug:
4 tablespoons of the cake mix mixture
2 tablespoons of water
1 tablespoon of plain greek yogurt
3. Microwave for one minute.
4. Stuff your face.
The cocoa powder makes it super chocolatey and cuts down on the sweetness which I found to be a little overwhelming in the original recipe and the yogurt makes it more moist.
Calories: 130
Carbs: 27g
Fat: 2g
Protein: 4g
