Second time around!

I'm 27 years old, just over 70kg, from NZ. I've been on MFP before, about a year ago but I wasn't really committed and as a result, didn't lose a thing. I'm giving it one more shot to see how I go because now I'm the biggest I've ever been.

I have tried all sorts of fad diets, tried just going to the gym and eating well but I go hard for a week or two then I take a day or so break, usually due to illness, injury or that time of the month, and then I let myself go and I'm back to square one.

I need to be more consistent and I need to be stronger when it comes to junk food but also portion sizes.

I'm keen to be friends with people who can relate to this. I only want to add people who will help motivate me, encourage me and not judge me if I slip up (which is bound to happen). In return I hope to offer the same support.
