keep an eye on your sodium. a lot of what you are eating is processed and very high in sodium. try fitting in some fruit and veggies into your day.

one that I've used is flatten chicken breast, add swiss cheese and asparagus, fold over and skewer, season and bake. Great on the BBQ .

my wife loves cookies and chocolate and there is always something in the cupboards. I can ask her not to buy them (to eliminate the temptation), but they keep showing up. Guess I just need to keep the will power and not look in the cupboards.

I don't think 1500 calories a day is too much at all. Trying to lose by barely eating is only a temporary fix. I think you are on the right track. try to throw in some exercise and see what happens. You may surprise yourself.

Stay patient, once the weight starts to come off, you will be amazed. Don't get discouraged, stay positive. Other comments are right, it's a number on a scale, there are other benefits to what you are doing.

I've read that it's just as easy to do both at the same time, the weights will help with losing weight. I do both at the gym, 30 minutes cardio, 30 minutes weights, 30 minutes cardio and I've noticed I've gotten leaner and more defined, but not overly muscled. Good luck.

I use romain heart and add cherry tomatoes, celery, broccoli, 2 kinds of cheese, walnut pieces, cherry cranberries, raw sunflower seeds, blueberries, shredded carrots, Takes a while to make it, but is very good.

You can do this. You have a beautiful baby and obviously a husband that loves you. Keep that is mind when you think it's becoming difficult and too hard to do. You can do this. Down the road I want to see pictures of the new baby!!!
