    keep an eye on your sodium. a lot of what you are eating is processed and very high in sodium. try fitting in some fruit and veggies into your day.

    Sodium is a likely culprit, as retunks said. Also, be sure that you are getting all of your water. You will be amazed how much difference adding Fresh or Frozen Veggies & Fruits will make in how you are feeling.
