  • I run to Aerosmith
  • This mash up of hip hop and r&b songs is pretty good by DJ D.Veloped:

and it's about 30 minutes long.
Warning: it's got some coarse language, but it's nothing you haven't heard in a movie or on tv.

LMAO... I can only ever think of the lyrics and not the titles... Like 'i like to move it, move it - move it' & 'Sexy and I know it'... Tehehehehe... Now work that out!!

I also tend to add several Britney Spears songs (Toxic, if you seek Amy, Piece of Me, 3 and Womaniser), Black eyed Peas, Gwen Stefani and Calvin Harris... Anything with a good 'fast walk/run' beat..

I like the heavier stuff when I run. My playlist change constantly because I get bored. Here it is right now:

    Moon Baby- Godsmack
    Cochise- Audioslave
    Clincher- Chevelle
    End of Heartache- Killswitch Engage
    Welcome Home- Coheed and Cambria
    Awake and Alive- Skillet
I Will Not Bow- Breaking Benjamin
    Happy- Mudvayne
    My Last Serenade- Killswitch Engage.

There are much more, but the heavier stuff helps me to get pumped. It makes me mad and that helps motivate me.

My ipod covers everything from Abba to ZZ Top.
My new favs right now are "This is our House" by Bon Jovi and Carrie Underwood's "Good Girl"
I also like the classic hits of the 80's. Good beat songs to keep you running.
