I don't travel often, but when my family did a few weeks ago I took Emeralds Breakfast on the Go, cereal bars that had extra protein and fiber, and fruit. A couple other ideas is nuts, peanut butter and whole wheat bread, and maybe boiled eggs for the first day or two where you could keep them cool.

Last night I fixed this and me and hubby ate it over rice and I shredded some of the chicken and put in taco shells for my kids. 1 1/2 lbs Tyson chicken tenders 2 cups salsa 1 cup frozen corn 10 sliced olives 1 tsp ground cumin 1 tsp cilantro leaves Cooked on low for about 8 hrs. Topped with 2% cheese and light sour cream.
