I'm looking for anyone who has more than 4st to lose, has started recently and is starting to build their activity up. I'm 7/8st over weight and I started 7 days ago, I have a gym membership and go at least 3 times a week and I'm in an active job :)

My boyfriend started going the gym a while ago but isn't losing weight and is building muscle under the fat and now looks bigger and feels terrible :S Is there anything he can do to reduce the fat and not build the muscle as quickly? Or is he doing it the right way and eventually the fat will come away?

I have agoraphobia and tend to faint when doing anything in a gym or fitness room. I did 28 minutes on it with light resistance and then a few strong resistant cycling standing up. The seat is so uncomfortable that I was in agony when I finished so I need to get it changed, it was horrible :(

The calves I get worried of getting are the ones where they stand out so much they have like a ledge lol. I like smooth lines :) I've been big since I was 10, emotional eater, emotional life lol so back to bike, in resistance, is it just a mix it up variation?

Thats amazing hun, I am at the beginning, I can manage 2 weeks on plan then I fall off it :( I'm trying but for some reason that 2 week mark makes me fall apart. x

Calorie deficit? I've always had lean legs because when I was 15-17 I did spinning twice a week - 1 hour and yogo once a week... I just scared if I start again I'll develop thos eweird calves some people have :S lol i'm on 1600cals a day.
