I'm Dominic most likely the youngest here at 14. Started doing 300-500 pushups a day when i was in 5th grade 9-10 yr old. At 11 years old i started doing easy weights just curling most of the time. At 12 I was increasing mass everywhere and now im 14 and weigh 124pds at 5 feet 4 inches and look foward for the future

I would imagine that everyone has those days, but you should make up for it. Usually those cheat days should only be parties or something like someones birthday etc. If you really want to lose weight and is determined enough then you will make up for those day especially if you skip a workout. Welcome and good luck but take it slow because if you over do it that can cause many promblems. I knew a person who was overweight and went to fast and had a stroke. Go slow and inprove gradually

Over estimate because even if you do under estimate on your plan for myfitnesspal, just to get below your calorie its gonna have no effect on what the scale says. Don't get frustrated and go slow and eventually pick up the pace. Don't over do working out because you might hurt yourself. "Work out not to look good, but to make others look bad"

That would be like attacking your body and that is just horrible. You could get sick and possibly die. There was a kid on the news who wanted a 6 pack so he worked out and didn't eat much and he ended up dying over starvation.
