It took me about 6 Months to lose 45lbs, Got serious and strict on my exercises and diet that it took me A year and 3 months to hit my 100! Hard part is not getting discouraged! losing 1 pound is 1 pound, keep going and dont stop!

I have used Herbalife for 3 Years, I lost some weight in the beginning, but now I have been eating right and watching my calorie intake and SUGAR! And Am down over 100pounds without Herbalife. You can buy just about any other Protein shake out there that will keep you full and less sugar for Half the cost if not less!

Its a fun class! I had tried it my first time about a month ago, I went super heavy not knowing what the class was about! I almost died, but probably one of the best classes if your new to weights. Just don't go to heavy like I did. I still take the classes now! Fun!
