I'm Lisa...I've been up and down for that 10 years, but recently the last 11 has been the most successful. I've change how we eat and exercise more. I was doing great until Summer hit. I really want to close this year well. Looking forward to the motivation and focus this group will give me.

I love hard boiled eggs. Have you tried Eggies? You can boil them and not have peel them. The other upside si that you can scramble an egg and add spinach pepper and all kinds of stuff to switch it up a bit.

I use almond milk with kale, peeled cucumber, carrot and always add banana or strawberry to sweeten it. I'm interested in seeing some of the replies on this. I know some people use peanut butter that might make it taste better too.

I'm definitely going to try this. It sounds like you could freeze the extras for a tasty leftover night too.

I'm in! I just got her Walk Away the thighs and hips. It's upbeat and the 30 minutes goes by fast. My goal is not as lofty as others. I'm going to start with 40 miles. i have 2 down..the toughest ones!

I started the 30 day shred today. This time i'm going to get through it. My longest stretch was 7 days.
