Great idea. Began 1/1/2013 - so far so good. Have lost 2.4 lbs. so far this year. My weigh day is Sunday. Slow and steady weight loss that is maintainable is my goal for 2013. (also to get under 200# for more than 5 minutes). Thanks everyone for the great comments. This helps us all on our journey.
