I dont see why not! Just be careful not to over work the groups - if you do upper body all week, cut the actual workout shorter, and obviously never work them on consecutive days, make sure you get a days break inbetween. I set mine into back/bi's - chest/tri's - legs - shoulders/abs. Give it a go and see how you get on!

Just finished at the gym ... my tri's are killing me!!! Still sticking with a little bit of cardio but im liking having an actual programme to stick to! However, doing chest and tri's only took me 40mins, let me know how u all get on!

If you're worried about calories, why dont you have it with water? Ive also heard milk slows down the absorption of the shake in the body! I always have mine with water

You need to find one with plenty of grams of protein - mine has something like 38g per 2 scoops. Mine also has low carbs, although many have hi carbs so depends what you are after there. do you use protein shakes? They come with different amounts of carbs in but always hi levels of protein... I find them great to boost up my protein figures whilst keeping my carbs down (i use a diet whey with little carbs)

My absolute fav, and not at all spicy is chicken Korma... however, it is probably the worst thing to order from an Indian :'( mainly cream!!! breaks my heart! I would like to know what non-spicy meals are the best to eat too.....

yes, MFP sets the automatic allowance for protein really really low! so dont worry about going over - i have actually increased my allowance manually

I tried 30DS, think i did about 16days and got so bored!!! I didnt see much difference visually, my stamina definitely improved though. However, i much prefer lifting weights.
