For those who like lifting heavy (anyone who thinks lifting weights will make women bulk - leave this post now!!!) what supplements do you use? Im thinking of trying some new things and just wondered what anyone could recommend (that i could get easily in the UK). Thanks :wink:

Ok so i started off as 142lbs (10 stone 2)... I am now just over 9 stone 8 so ii thought i had lost 7-8lbs. 3 normal meals VS 5 small meals..??
I currently eat 3 meals a day with a couple of healthy snacks in between but does anybody eat 5 small meals throughout the meal and believe this is better? I admit i eat 3 meals a day as it is easier to fit in around working hours but if 5 smaller meals a day is better, i may try it!
