4-week weight/fat loss programme at my gym....

At my gym, they are introducing a new weight loss programme called Team Dynamix. Its a 4 week programme which is £120 but consists of a diet plan and 3 x 1 hour personal trainer sessions a week (so 12 in total). Im really thinking about giving it a go but not sure i have the determination!!!!

One of the trainers gave me a sneaky preview of the nutrition plan which i though id post on here if anyone wants to give it a go themselves... I suppose you could work out as normal but follow the following food plan for 4 weeks (ONLY 4 weeks! it is a fat stripper diet, not for long term use... to be honest, i dont think anyone would want to do this long term!!!) So here it is:

What you can have:
quinoa
chickpeas
nuts (unsalted)
seeds
beans (not heinz!)
organic honey
full fat bio live yoghurt
chicken
turkey
haddock
cod
mackerel
salmon
sea bass
kippers
tuna
sardines
prawns
lemon
lime
ginger
herbal/green teas
bottled/filtered water
freshly made houmus
ANY vegetables
ANY fruit
raisins
sultanas
dried apricots
olive oil
fresh fruit juice
rice milk
almond milk
coconut milk
lentils
split peas
soya
organic free range eggs - only 1 a day
tofu
fresh herbs
fresh spices

You are limited to eating one piece of animal protein a day - the same applie to organic free range eggs. As a guide use coconut oil for cooking and olive oil for dressings

margarine
bread

cereals
cereal bars
flavoured salted nuts
crisps
biscuits
chocolate
sweets
rice
pasta
jams
marmalades
sugar
ready meals
takeaways
processed ham
processed chicken
processed turkey
ready made sauces
ready meals
low fat yoghurts
low fat products
alcohol
tea
coffee
hot chocolate
fizzy drinks
squashes
condiments
protein shakes/supplements (!!!!)

Try to avoid anything that is processed or pre-made.
