So, bought this book yesterday as i am moving on from losing weight and now want to build muscle... anyone else have this book? Did you get good results from it?

Started reading it last night and it looks really good! They even have a whole chapter dedicated to meal ideas!

Anyway... I was wondering if anyone who has this book or is a keen weight trainer would like to do the NROL4W and we could keep track of our progress? Im looking to start it Monday 11th July (when i am back from holiday) so gives people time to get the book.
