Just a sugestion if you are a bit handy in the kitchen, how about making your own, there are nice recipes around and you can try, and change quantities, ingredients to suit what you like.

Six weeks Six packs?? I would love that to be true. Unless you are in excellent shape with a very low BF% You wouldn't make it. Having said done I am sure that if you follow all the program + adecuate amount of calories, you will see results.

I thought the ideal was to have a fast release protein in the next 20 minutes after the workout, although the 24 hour period makes sense from the general point of view of nutrition. I will check that post from SS :-)
