Well, "yes" seems to be a great answer (but not much help). Can someone indicate in some basic steps how to get there. When I go to reports I can see that the shortest report is for the last 7 days, so it doesn't seem to be under "reports". How do I get there?

On average I do 5 days a week strenght training at home with free weights (around 30 minutes, not counting stretch & warm up). No cardio in general, I do change workouts quite often when I feel I am losing motivation and trying to incorporate HIIT knstead of steady cardio.

No, they are not more expensive (in fact I used to have them some time ago). It is just that the amount in the capsules is not enough.

Thank you, something similar of that kind was what I was looking for, not very sure if they sell it in the Uk, but I will have a look around. (The powder is not very soluble, but shaking it quite well in a small bottle it does mix with the coffee "somehow"). Regarding my workouts, I am doing IF 16/8. My workout (Lifting)…

Keeping an eye on this thread for when I am in need of some ideas. (I have most of my meal photos posted on instagram with the same user name, I just end up complicating myself when I try to post photos on the forum)
