HIIT Videos?

Options
Hey all, I need one more HIIT workout. I do the two from Body Combat and alternate them, but am kinda looking for one more. I'd rather have "someone to do it with" via a video than just a list of stuff to do on my own.

Any ideas on videos? (other than Insanity)

Stronger with Nicky Holender is another option. It's on YouTube. The level 1 HIIT video is called Fire, and the level 2 workout is Combustion.

Fitness Blender hosts all their workout videos on YouTube and they are all free. They do sell other things on their website like workout programs, meal plans, swag, etc but the videos themselves are completely free.

I've got to add a "second" to the recommendation for Fitness Blender (http://www.fitnessblender.com/).
Husband and wife team, tons of free videos, searchable using various criteria (difficulty, focus, workout time, training type, estimated calorie burn, and equipment needed).

For the cost of free, it's worth a try.

Good to have a look as well at Bodyrock (http://www.dailyhiit.com/ ) you can choose a program from their website or you can join a challenge (usually lasting a month, 21 days or less) and they email you the daily workout or you can access it in pinterest.

Blogilates and Zuzka Light have a few good HIITs, also free on youtube. I really liked the fitness blender ones too!
