Bump, I'm also struggling with this. I find that even though I'm working out more I'm smoking more because I replace food with smoking sometimes. I keep saying I'll quit when I get to my goal weight (one venture at a time) but my body hates it. Hoping more people chime in, Thanks to those who have already posted!

I wore a solid 9, forever, 9 1/2 in super high heels... I lost weight and I now wear an 8 1/2 in all shoes, can squeeze into a few 8s in flats but barely lol Also, started to need wide shoes.... no more!

Some people hate on walden farms but we use the mayo and syrup in our house. I rarely have sandwiches and only really use it on those but it does the job for 0 calories.

I get the "water weight" aspect of it but the heat part. Being SO HOT though, I have to think that some of the Calorie burn has to be similar to the Cals you burn on something like a thermogenic. Our baby (she's a boxer) has a sensitive tummy too but we feed her grain free food and get the best quality we can find at a reasonable price. She is completely happy and healthy, we also try not to change her flavor or brand very often.

I think for some people 800 works as long as you don't shock your body a ton when you go off of it, and you will get off of it at some point because, well, it SUCKS!
