I cook with Avocado Oil, Drizzle Olive Oil (pastas and salads), and use Coconut Oil for Beauty Products or in smoothies. Mix with sugar, a good scrub purely as lotion face moisturizer lip balm hair mask makeup remover etc.

I bought The Ultimate Yogi Program as a beginner and I loved it. It is like P90X or Insanity, but yoga instead of cross training. Its awesome.

I find that I can't push myself as hard in the morning, I am too lethargic and slow. My work outs are much more efficient in the afternoons. Plus they help me sleep really well when I do them right before dinner. Not to mention the whole hating to get up in the morning. I literally sleep until the very last minute.

Thanks. If that is the case, and my actual TDEE is 1900 a day max with a work out, then the calculators on line are terribly wrong as they estimate my TDEE anywhere from 2200-2400.

I believe couscous is a form of pasta. So Quinoa and Couscous are different in that respect. I like Quinoa as an alternative to rice. I don't necessarily think one is better than the other, but it does have a different texture, which is part of the reason I like it.

I live by this advice, In three months you are going to look back and wish you had started today. The time passes anyways, may as well be closer to the person you want to be in three months instead of looking back and wishing that today you had committed to changing.

I am planning on getting the up... It now syncs with MFP. It is also compatable with more devices, the Flex doesn't sync with too many android devices. I have an android device and the UP syncs with it where the Flex doesnt. Other than that they are both quite comparable in my opinion. Flex is cheaper...
