5'9" and 144lbs (up 7 (!!!) from last year). Pants are size 27/28 Tops medium but am broad shoulder and big chested so sometimes size up and take in around waist.

Amazing transformation! I did 1.5 rounds of P90x last year before being sidelined with multiple repetitive stress injuries. Loved the results from P90x but agree that the cardio was lacking. Will have to check out the body beast program - I do best with a structured program. Keep up the great work!

Mine have been trips or significant events - neighborhood pool opening, vacations, holiday parties, etc. Periodically, if I wear out or shrink out of my workout wear I will get a cute new workout outfit. Even though I workout in my dim basement by myself - it still makes me happy to do it in something cute.

Don't give up! Everything you are doing is good for you, even if you are not seeing the results that you want yet. I agree with the prior posters about the sodium. I'm 5'9" and weigh 136. I have been as low as 132 as an adult and as high as 200+ when pregnant, but I look and feel my best in the 130s. I don't look sick or unhealthy.

MFP defaults are really low for protein. I aim for 1 gram per lb of lean body mass - or 109 grams per day. You can safely go up even higher which is really important if you want to maintain lean muscle mass while losing.

The scale cannot always be trusted. Make sure you take measurements and pics as well - sometimes those are more reliable indicators of progress.
