I really dont double my calories on my cheat day. But I do try to make better choices or eat one cheat meal and be good the rest of the day. Like this past Saturday I had a cheeseburger for a chain restaurant. I made sure I caculated the calories and made sure I didn't go crazy the rest of the day. I had my weigh in this…

Thanks to everyone I worked out for the total it took me to walk my furthest distance twice. Since I did it going and coming without stopping. Normally I wouldn't even log normal walking, but I was feeling a bit under the weather last night and didn't feel up to doing my workout dvd and didn't want those calories to go…

I agree with Courtaney. Also try to stay away from too many WW meals. Although they are low in fat and calories they are high in sodium and that can hinder weight loss. I talk from experience since if I have too much sodium in one day, I gain weight the next. Albeit, it's only water weight, but still not too good for you.

Not sure if this is going to work. I started my diet on January 31 These two are me in December And this was today 13.5 pounds lighter. Not sure if you can tell a difference. I am going to start taking pictures of myself with the same outfit on every week (the last picture).

I seem to be under my calories every day or at most right below them. I have my days where I want to pick, but all in all I feel pretty full all day long.

I have become obessed with Cestial Brand apple cinnamon spice. I am not a tea drinker at all, just when I am sick. And so far I have it every day with breakfast! I add two teaspoons of sugar for 30 calories.

Thank you. I didn't think it was harming me but I just wanted to make sure. I never go over my fat or calories that MFP recommends so that makes me safe. And to be honest, the protein that I go over with is all healthy, chicken, turkey etc.
