I just bought one and I am so excited. My question is can I input calories burned on here during the day just for regular run of the mill things I do. Or only excercise?

I would only put it in for intentional exercise because your goal should have been set with your every day activity level in the calculation. The way I see it, I did all the run of the mill stuff before I was trying to lose weight, if I want to lose weight, I can't just do what I've always done and expect things to change. Hope this helps.0
