What about trying some calorie cycling? I don't know how many calories you need per day but sometimes changing it up helps your body get through a plateau. What kind of heart rate monitor do you have? If its one that has a chest strap it should be pretty accurate. Depending on how hard you worked I would say that definetely could be right.
