Hi, I'm new to this and need help.... So confused!

I just joined today, I have been trying to lose weight but it has been hard. I've read a little about BMR and TDEE but I am confused. I can't figure out how many calories I should be eating to lose weight. Is the the number that My Fitness Pal gave me correct of do I figure it out myself based on my BMR and TDEE? It has me at 1410 calories.

I'm 29 years old, 5'1, 190 lbs, I want to go down to around 125-130. I don't expect to lose fast nor do I want to because I've heard the slower and healthier way is the way to keep it off and that's the way I want to go. I started trying to lose weight in January an was at 200lbs an have lost 10lbs so far. I was looking around online and found this place and decided to give it a try.

Can anyone help me figure out how many calories I should be eating and also how many I should burn off a day? I workout 3-4 times a week 30 mins on treadmill and some light strength training. I only know that I burn around 200-250 calories from the treadmill, not sure what I burn from strength training.
