Sometimes i will have a two egg omlette instead of my porridge for breakfast but i still find that i am hungry a couple of hours later. Thanks. See i dont eat carbs like bread/pasta/rice ever but when i binge i will happily munch my way through the biscuit barrell or chocolates!!

When i binge eat, i dont come on here, i just dont have any desire to read about diets etc.It doesnt even enter my head to come on here. What are you suggesting i go cold turkey on?

It was so tasty! i had 2 poppadoms with pickle tray then i had chicken tikka (starter) then i polished off the ends of a almond naan bread and byrani ! oh then i had ww jelly and 2 wagon wheels! must be good today!

Gillian's workout dvd uses this method and it doesn get your heart rate right up however can get very repetitive!

You are not alone; i have exactly the same problem! If you want to talk, feel free, i know what it feels like. Like you, i can easily consume 800 or more cals in one binge sitting! I'm afraid i don't have tips apart from eat more so you are not so hungry....easier said than done i know *hugs*

i don't measure/weigh my food, i put it into the search and click on the item or closest item to what i eat. I can't seem to log my exercise dvd as i can't find how you do it. Thank u for the support, i like to see results when i make such an effort.
