Plateau... help!!
Help!! I’ve been for same weight for weeks and weeks - exactly the same!! I hit around 1200 cals per day. I run 30 mins every other day. On the days I don’t run, I HIIT 20-30 mins at home. have heard this a few times from various people that an indicator you are losing weight is that you keep needing to pee. Anyone else heard this?

Disgusted with myself....bad bad day!
Been a lot better this week after my all-weekend binge and tonight i have FAILED!! I was left alone in the house this eve and went on a bit of a rampage!!! I have MADE myself log what i have eaten to make me feel DISGUSTED with myself!!! I struggle when i am left alone! Hopefully it wont dent this weeks good work!! FAIL!!

I did it for the first time this morning and i really struggled with the end of the dvd....the last circuit where you start with basketball throws (which i can do) then get down and do 5 push ups then stand and jump back down to push ups etc....i just couldn't do them! How can i cut down on fruit?
I eat HUGE amounts of fruit....(better than chocolate i guess!) today fruit wise i have eaten 1 orange, 1 kiwi, 6 apples, tin of pineapple rings (about 6-8 rings in a can) with natural juice. 6 miles a day or high intensity workout?

are sugary puddings bad if low cal ?
are puddings such as WeightWatchers sticky toffee pudding (174 cals per pud) that bad for you if they are low in cals and keep you within your daily allowance?
