I did it for the first time this morning and i really struggled with the end of the dvd....the last circuit where you start with basketball throws (which i can do) then get down and do 5 push ups then stand and jump back down to push ups etc....i just couldn't do them! Just wondered if i'm alone or if anyone else struggled with these?

No you are not, I, so far managed to do about 2 sets of the last 2 exercises before collapsing out of breath  Insanity is not easy if you give in 100%

Plenty of people will be in the same boat... The whole aim of the insanity workout is to push you to failure... It's like the guys in the actual DVDs, they all have to take breaks to recover. As you get fitter you will find you will get better and will be able to finish moe of the sets at a higher intensity... Just give it your all and if you are on the floor at the end of the workout then you did good! :-)0

I could every set at least two times! But when the third round would come on, I was through! I was taking at least 3 breaks! I felt a little discouraged, but I also knew that I did TEN TIMES better on this Exercise then I did on Day 1 with just the Fit Test.
Keep at it! You'll get better, fitter, and stronger!0 -
I struggled too...but the more you do it, the better you'll get. Dont worry about keeping up with the people in the video...they're already in shape! Lol...doing it till u cant anymore is perfectly fine! That's a good thing...you'll be doing them b4 you know it. I'm in week 5 and I STILL struggle with level 2 drills!0

I know people who appear to be in amazing shape yet struggle to finish the whole DVD. There's nothing wrong with that since you are trying to push yourself to the limits and improve upon what you could do before. Also, watch the folks in the video. They take multiple breaks throughout and are not even on the same pace as each other anyway. Do what you can do, and you will get better!0
