what can replace me snacking on endless fruit?
I can literally eat bags of apples/pears/any fruit basically on a daily basis. On ave, per day i will snack on 6/7/8 pieces of fruit mostly apples and pears. Can you still have a night out & lose weight...
....before i went on hol last year, i was a party pooper and wouldn't go out as i knew how many calories are in alcohol and was trying to lose as much weight as possible. Now, i get asked out every sat night & we do tend to have a good few drinks - would this really hammer my diet?
