yes -20% from 1800. Someone could probably explain the eating back cals better than I can. Just eat well, exercise, hold your head up high and feel confident in yourself. Be happy in the fact that you are doing something for your health. You only have one life. Just be happy.

Try TDEE -20% which is how I understand it. I started at the same weight and height as you and I started with 1200 a day and ate my exercise calories back. When the weight loss slowed down at 64Kg's I upped my calories to 1400 and continued exercising and eating those calories back. Whilst I still haven't lost any more…

How do you know you aren't making any progress? Since you are looking only to tone up and lose body fat then I'm assuming you are taking measurements? At 117pounds I don't think you have any weight to loose so don't bother with a scale.

I cycle to work and back everyday, Gym workout on my lunch break. Then do a evening bootcamp class after work three times a week. I cant do mornings. They are not my friends.

So basically all the posts on here about eating clean is a load of cr@p. I can eat filth in moderation and get six pack abs if i workout properly? Not trying to be sarcastic either just trying to understand all the conflicting arguments on here.
