I found that I was always cold as well. Always had the hottest showers or baths to warm me up. I tried Bikram or Hot yoga for a month and I felt like it reset my body thermostat. I was so nice and warm even days after doing the yoga. Even luke warm showers were too hot. Try it!

Thanks for the advice. I think a spike day sounds interesting. Ill try it for a month and see what happens.

Im in the same confusion boat. Started off on the 1200 cals per day and lost around 15 pounds and have plateaued since October. Iv'e had Psoriasis on my elbows, knees, nails, face and scalp for 11 years. I've tried everything. Coconut oil, Baking soda etc. Nothing works. If you find something that works please let me know!

Thats what it was!! The calcium!! I wondered why my RLS had suddenly gotten worse then all of a sudden much better! I had stopped taking the calcium!

I usually give in to the cravings. It motivates me to workout when all I feel like doing is being curled up in a ball with a hot water bottle. I don't give in totally but I will have a something nice as long as its within my calorie allowance.
