Fatigue help!
Hi, Been here since February and have found I am quite tired all the time since on 1200 cals a day. I'm not hungry, just tired all the time. Also quite nauseas after cycling to work. Is it the diet? Is anyone else experiencing the same thing and found a way to combat this?
