I eat those foods in moderation but basically it seems to lean towards low GI which is pretty much what I do anyway.0

He's right. You can eat the all the most healthy food in the world but if you're in a calorie surplus you're going to put on fat. And you can eat the right amount of crap food and burn fat.
Goes to show that there isn't such thing as healthy or unhealthy foods, just an optimal amount.0 -

Yogurt is good for you, that's ridiculous. Soy sauce has a lot of sodium, so I get that one.0 -

You do have a point, but it doesn't necessarily mean that you will be "healthy". You can be thin and have high blood glucose, get diabetes or even have clogged arteries. Good food does matter.0 -
So basically all the posts on here about eating clean is a load of cr@p. I can eat filth in moderation and get six pack abs if i workout properly?

Note: I'm not talking about overall health here, I'm talking specifically about fat loss and six packs. Lower the body fat percentage enough, and you will have a six pack.0 -

If we are talking about general health and wellness, its a very well known fact that too much sodium is not good for the body.
And, in terms of weight loss, it causes the body to bloat and retain water.
So, not good either way unless you are severely dehydrated and in need to electrolytes.0 -
