Sodium makes you retain water so you'll seem bloated. It's only temporary though.
What's wrong with sugar alcohols (sweet and low)?0 -
Oh no, plenty of non-carbs too.
Whole milk
Butter
Mayonnaise
Nuts
"Artificial" peanut butter (not even sure what that means, as in the US at least, peanut butter must be at least 90% peanuts.)
Sour cream
Cream Cheese
Nutella
Bacon
Sausage
Ground Beef
Tofu
Deli meats
Yogurt
Soy sauce (really?)
"unnatural" fruit juice (again, what?)
It's a ridiculously stupid list.
Yogurt is good for you, that's ridiculous. Soy sauce has a lot of sodium, so I get that one.
not all yogurt is created equal. many, many popular brands are made with questionable ingredients0 -
Better off trying this:
Oh my effing lord, this is hilarious!0 -
Stumbled upon this and thought I would share.

Lol, just need a caloric deficit not lists of good or bad foods0 -
Do these nutritionists even go to school?0

So basically all the posts on here about eating clean is a load of cr@p. I can eat filth in moderation and get six pack abs if i workout properly?
Not trying to be sarcastic either just trying to understand all the conflicting arguments on here.
Just such practises of blanket 'demonising' food is ridiculous. You can work small amounts of junk and still meet your fitness can health goals.
Banning peoples' favourite food often has disastrous consequences.
Most individuals need to make some small, manageable adjustments each week, to work towards a healthier lifestyle. Not a 'good' vs 'bad' list.0 -

would you be happy if the headings over the list said Eat More Of and Eat Less Of?
and yeah... trans fats (in many of those items listed "bad") ARE bad no matter how you slice it.0 -
Trans fats are in human milk. Making blanket statements about anything food related is fallacious.0

sorry. I'll keep learning.
don't apologize, acg is trolling you.
starchy carbs are not good for getting a six pack.
ugh.............0 -
you know what I think is really rude, laughing at people on here for sharing advice they have found. Don't laugh, if you think you know better, then educate, share and advise, not be an a**hole.0
-
That's a good list for healthy foods. It's not really going to help get a six pack though if you eat too too much.0
-
i should buy that for my boyfriend!0
