go along.. it's fun.. I have NO co ordination at all .. so what .. just go and meet new people and have a laugh.. whatever you do, you'll be burning calories .. go for it .. :)

yes, me too .. I think if we stick to the calories we have been doing for a week, then week by week add slightly to them ,., I think that keeping track of everything must still be done to avoid getting back into bad habits, especially for me :( Well done to all of us for reaching and good luck to us all to maintain :)

I have, this week, decided NOT to do 'top up shopping' myself and my teenage son would cost about £60 a week but I spend so much on 'just popping to the shops on the way home for milk'' when we all knwo I buy more than I go in for. hiya, I Zumba twice weekly, I asked my instrutor. She says you burn between 400 - 800 calories, obvioulsy dependant on your weight, height, and how much you 'give it' ... I put mysef down for 500 each session, I am happy with that. I try not to use my exercise to eat more, I like to burn more .. giving me weight loss.. :)…
