Hi all

i am a newbie with a fair amount of weight to shift and would like to share tips and general info with a few folk... it gets mighty lonely on my jack jones on a website

    I've been doing this for 5 weeks, so still relatively new, but the support is amazing.

    Feel free to add me (but only if your diary is open and you eat a minimum of 1200 cals) I want to do this healthily and I want people on board with the same view in mind.

    Welcome, I have sent an invite. We are about the same age but I have been on MFP a while. I keep an open diary, so you will be able to see what I am eating (including all the crap).
