YUMMY.. what's cilantro ??
me.. tin of tuna in spring water (drained) salad leaves, watercress, beetroot, cucumber, peppers (all chopped into big chunks) .. black pepper .. bit of ground ginger (ooo) and low calorie salad cream ..YUM0 -
Loads of small chopped veggies - onions peppers celery tomato leeks mushrooms etc - sometimes raw sometimes cooked mixed with tomato sauce and mayo - going to have to try mustard - I never thought of adding and it sounds yum!!!!!!
sometimes i make it in puff pastry - I'm going to have to start getting used to filo as its less fatty! or over pasta - in which case i chop the veggies a bit chunkier0 -
I have a different kind of tuna salad that I eat on a regular basis:
I can tuna in water
1 can white beans
toss with 1 tsp olive oil, 1 Tbsp apple cider vinegar, and 1 tsp. honey
serve on a bed of romaine or leaf lettuce and top with orange segments.
Try it! Its really good!
P.S. the tuna mixture makes about 3 salads.0 -
make it like you do but add lemon pepper... OMG great!0

Albacore
Garlic
Red onion
Scallion
Homemade mayo
Sea salt
White pepper
Cayenne
Chili powder
Curry powder
Boiled egg
And a squeeze of lemon
My folks said it was tasty.0 -
Mine is pretty boring compared to everyone elses:
white albacore tuna in water (drained)
onion
celery (if I have it)
lite mayo
oregano
garlic powder
pepper0 -
1 can solid white albacore tuna (drained)
1 Tbsp. Kraft Fat Free Mayo w/ Olive Oil
Finely chopped onion
Dill relish (or fresh dill if I have some)
1 tsp flax seed oil (you can't really taste it, I just put it in there for the health benefits)
1 Arnold Multi-grain Sandwich thin w/ Flax Seed
Raw Baby Spinach
2 slices of fresh tomato
2 or 3 slices of avacado if I have some.
Between the tuna, the flax seed, the mayo, and the avacado, this recipe is VERY high in omega 3's0 -

I do something very similar; no cilantro or jalepenos, but the rest is the same, plus I use a little less mayo than one normally would and I add red wine vinegar to make it less dry. Yum!
So how do you do it!?!?!?!0 -
1 can of tuna
1 dollop ( 1 tbs about? ) of MIRACLE WHIP
1/3 of a chopped red pepper
1/2 of a stalk of celery
1 onion slice, chopped fine
1 squirt of President's Choice " Sweet with Heat Mustard "
1/2 tablespoon of relish
I'm drooling something terrible right now!0 -
Tuna, a bit of mayo/miracle whip, chopped celery and/or cucumber, and chopped apple. Makes a good snack just as it is, or in a lettuce wrap or pita pocket.0

Can of tuna,
light mayonnaise,
half of a peach canned in juice.
It's been my lunch for the last week or so.
ETA, the tuna can serve as a "bowl" of sorts or you can chop it all up and put it on a sandwich or roll up, your choice.0 -
I love just:
Tuna
Salt, pepper and garlic
Light mayo
Red onion
Red pepper
Serve in a sandwich/pitta or on top of a salad - even good mixed with some wholewheat pasta for dinner!!0 -

Tuna, light mayo, relish
I keep it simple because I always put it in a complex salad anyways.0
