Thank you from a gal that believes in all your talking about. I'm just starting again. And eating healthy is the way to go. Fruit instead of cake and cookies. LOL. Fruit didn't put me in this situation but trying to keep up with cookie monster did. Again thank you.

That is cute how do you measure your breast i'm sure they would measure smaller without the bra lol. I like the open diary only for idea's if you went over calories you don't need flak about it. I don't know about sitting all day. Never had a sitting job long found it to darn boring. Waitressing was the best for me. On the move. I always say the more you move the more you lose. But i've always had a hard time to stick to anything. So the weight just stuck to me. LOL. Hoping that MFP will help me unstick it.

I'm proud to have got out this morning walked a good mile or more. Then got in the pool for an hour of stretch and walk exercise. So I did something for me on this journey.

I looked at your diary a couple times not enough fruit and veg. and your not eating enough calories. Not eating enough is just as bad as eating to much. What a coincidence I went and got some calcium with vitamin d this morning. I don't take no vitamins but someone looked at my splitting nails and said it was a calcium shortage. So worth a try. So need to watch for floating poop.

I hate the times that I need to go for 14 hour fast for blood work. And it's true what someone or many have said. No breakfast ruins my day anyhow. Because I let myself get to hungry. To hungry or being tired is hard on a diet. Good luck to all. Listen to your body.

Thank you I never thought of using that on popcorn. But not 40 sprays but maybe a few. I eat it as is right now. Sometimes a sprinkle of popcorn sour cream in the shaker.

There is an article somewhere about margarine being only a molicule away from being plastic. I don't use neither myself if I have toast I prefer peanut butter. I use olive oil for frying.

Have any of you made the protein pancake. It's made with oatmeal put through your ninja or whatever you use for chopping you make an oatmeal flour. I added flax, physsillium and ground chia seed. I like to go to u tube and do the zumba or line dancing or just dancing I love to dance and don't need a partner. For the lady in the wheelchair there has to be some movement like touching your toes or bend as far as you can well that's without tipping your chair. Just stretches like reaching for the ceiling. I'm Linda I was sent here by a friend in diet talk. I need to lose weight and i'm willing to try anything. Today I had a good day according to the food planner i'm under my alotted calories and after this post it's bedtime so safe to say I had a good day. Looking for friends in here.
