I'm 5"4, just about! Currently weigh 140. This month I'm going to start up running (finally) with my neighbour, it will be more of a walk/jog effort at first though to get some good cardio in. I'm also going to try lifting more weights as my arms are pathetic, doing some push ups is the dream!

I've used Jillian Michaels 30DS and Davina 30 minute work outs, both of which I enjoy. I think JM feels more intense as it's a shorter workout where as Davina workouts have longer warm up/cool down and ease you into it.

30DS Level 1 on Day 6 The lunges and bicep curls have finally got easier! Well done everyone for keeping at it. We can do this.

Day 5 of 30DS Level 1, I've upped my weights to 1.5kg and they burned! Still can't do the harder push ups, but hopefully I'll get there by the end of this!

I took my rest day yesterday, I think I'm going to try to just stck to one a week though to make it still feel like a challenge. Do whatever suits your body, if you try and exercise through injuries just for the sake of it, you might do some damage.

Thanks for that review I found it really helpful. I don't think the Kickboxing Fast FIx is available in the UK yet, but the others definitely are so I can look into those if I get these 30 days done!

Day 2 30DS at level 1, I somehow sweated more today than yesterday, am I getting weaker?! Still doing girl press ups and they still kill.
