Make Lasagna then when it cools I put I in glad freezer containers in the amount I want for lunch. Then just grab and go! Very easy.

I LOVED going but ours closed! :( (small town) I did doubles on all machines, planked, lunges, run in place, ect..when not on machines! Now I go to a gym and it's a pain to have to set the machine!
