Thanks for the input you two :) Yeah i've been up and down around 2 lbs every few days and i know it's not fat, so i'm assuming spotting can affect it by that much. You're right, yay hormones!

This is neat! I picked the 3rd body and said i was spot on. "You are the perfect pear." Idk if a pear shaped body is perfect but at least i can kinda tell where i'm at.

Ah this is making me wonder is 115lbs is more what my body weight should be for 5'4. I thought 130 was pretty small for 5'4. :indifferent:

Wanted to bump this. I'm 5'4, SW 155, Goal is about 140/130. Peared shaped so i'm ok with having bigger thighs/hip/butt as long as i lose more of the tummy for now.

I had the same comments about looking thinner as well but no change in inches or number on the scale and it was the same attire i wear daily. It is a confidence boost though and people are sweet to take notice of your efforts.

Mainly breakups make me sick for like 2 weeks. Think it scares me and being scared makes me unable to eat.

I think the gap between waking up and my workouts a little too large for me to not eat. Just for me personally.
