I guess I'm the only one that didn't like this recipe. I made these this morning and not a fan of them. Maybe someone else will have better luck. Eating something that looks like eggs and it tasting like bananas weirded me out and the taste was a little off.

Try snacking on raw almonds or having a tablespoon of peanut butter. You have to get more cals in somehow but with healthy foods ofcourse.

No need to use oil when making muffins, cupcakes, cakes, cookies... Replace the oil with lowfat yogurt or unsweetened applesauce. I have been doing that for a while now it comes out great.

You gotta keep at it! I should have been done with my 2nd round about a month ago. Had to take a few breaks and still pushing myself. Not many people lose much weight with 30DS because of the muscle gain. Sucks not seeing the numbers on the scale move in the direction you want it to but keep at it. I lost only 4 pounds…

Use more egg whites than whole eggs. Cholesterol is in the yolks.

It was fresh blackberries now I've switched to Kashi Go Lean blueberry waffles. Oh, and Kellogg's Special K Strawberry Crisps.

D9L2- DONE! I had such a rough night lastnight and I did not have the energy to do it this morning. Super happy for my 2nd wind! Was planning on having the entire weekend off from 30DS but I want to start next week on L3 so will do the last day of L2 tomorrow!!
