Thank you for posting this question because I am questioning the same thing....I have a heart monitor that I wear during her videos....I do the 5 mile walks and it states that I am burning about 900 calories during a session....and my heart rate is consistently in the 70 - 80%......

I have one and it is worth every penny. It tells you how many steps you've taken, how many floors you have climbed, how active you've been., even how effectively you have slept It is a wonderful tool.

You can also do the Biggest Loser Power Walk video.....that is a great workout.

You bet I do.....I clean every Sunday and I am constantly moving for at least two hours if not more....it adds up. If you are doing something physical for at least a half hour that gets your heartrate up.....log it

I have it and have tried it....but it does not like me. I have a very bad back and for some reason when I do his routines it really hurts my back. Otherwise it is a really good system. :happy:

Hi Heather. I have had two lower back surgeries and I am 45 years old. I know what it's like to have limited options for exercise. One thing that i have discovered that I really enjoy are the Leslie Sansone's Walk at Home DVDs. Low impact but you get quite a lookout. Good luck! :smile:

I am the same way....I go into my room, lock the door and shut the blinds so no one can see me. My husband will find his way into the room and I stop whatever I'm doing until he goes away. I can go to a gym and walk on a treadmill, use the hand weights, and the machines....but I cannot do a workout routine with anyone else…
