I did my first 5K today! it was the Graffiti Run and we were covered from head to toe in different colors. I met friends there at the race but once we started, we all went at our own pace so we didn't see each other the whole race but we picked a meeting place after the race so we could all meet up and get our "after"…

Sodium is definately something I am watching now. I had about two weeks where I ate good (calories/fat/etc) but did not watch the sodium like I should have and did not loose anything! That is great!! :drinker: I tried on some of my clothes last weekend that I bought two years ago after my son was born and they went right on with no problems!! That is always a great feeling. Makes me wanna jump on the treadmill when I get home!!!! Keep up the good work.

Go to www.recipezaar.com and type in cabbage soup. It will bring up a list of all they have and gives the nutritional info. I found one this morning that I am going to try. Try to pull up recipe # 98388, this one is not for the slow cooker but it looks good. I would also use turkey instead of ground beef like this recipe…
