the protein factor is big also, a lot of greek yogurts also have active cultures you don't find in normal "yoplait-type" yogurt. it's called "probiotics" and can help with bodily functions particularly in the digestive system. that is why it tastes so much more tart than normal yogurt.

if you did it for 40 or 50 minutes it could probably burn 500-800 calories. but in the explanation it says they included the "after burn" effect in that 500-800 calorie estimate...

i love tea, i think i drink at least a liter a day. my favourite is anything with rooibos - especially rooibos with chai spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves etc.) i also love classic peppermint, green tea, white tea and, of course, black tea with a splash of milk! i can't do an exchange this holiday, since i live in istanbul…

insanity will make your body awesome, walking is low impact and won't train all your muscle groups like the plyometrics in insanity. but it is still fat burning :)

I calculate my calorie burn based on my average heart rate and then i added my own personalized exercises to MFP for each insanity workout. but you could also use aerobics high intensity from the MFP database...

basically everyone who has done it recommends it. it's awesome, tough, but great considering the workouts aren't really that long. i'm at the end of week 3 right now :D and i've lost like 2-3 inches from my waist, 2 from my hips ... oh and this is my 3rd time doing it in the past year...
