  • To me this question is a slippery slope, but I will bite! No, I do not. On the flip side, I do not think that just because someone is thin, they are healthy either. I say this because although there are plenty of obese people (myself included) who have PERFECT lab work ups (great cholesterol levels, normal triglycerides,…
  • I agree with everyone suggesting Dreamfield's if you have to have pasta. I use the Dreamfields Angel Hair...ready to go in 6 minutes, and tastes wonderful!
  • THIS!!!! Love Arby's side salad. I can get a beef n' cheddar, a salad, and a bottle of water and have a nice filling meal that easily fits into my calorie count for the day. As far as McDonalds...LOVE the chicken nuggets (and I get apples instead of fries), or the crispy chicken ceasar salad!

This is a calorie counting website; people are using this method and seeing results.…
  • This is what I was hoping!!! It measures your water level also, and it always stays the same reading at 43% no matter how many changes I make with regard to drinking water. And thanks so much for answering!!! (I felt bad because this is my first post, and I didnt greet the community! Just came in ranting...lol. Blame it on…
