I agree with everyone suggesting Dreamfield's if you have to have pasta. I use the Dreamfields Angel Hair...ready to go in 6 minutes, and tastes wonderful!

THIS!!!! Love Arby's side salad. I can get a beef n' cheddar, a salad, and a bottle of water and have a nice filling meal that easily fits into my calorie count for the day. As far as McDonalds...LOVE the chicken nuggets (and I get apples instead of fries), or the crispy chicken ceasar salad!

ACV did nothing for me with regard to weight loss, but it did stabilize my blood pressure and keep it around 116/70, when it was originally 166/121 (with medication, no less). While natural cures may not work for fat loss, they can still do other helpful things in the body.

This is the only protein powder I use! I dont even have to blend the vanilla powder...I can just stir it into some skim milk, and call it a day...so tasty! And I know they say whey protein is fast digesting, but I swear I feel full for hours after a shake. I have even started mixing some of the powder into my greek yogurt!

I think where the original poster is getting confused as to the responses he is getting, is because he is discussing NUTRITION, whereas the rest of the community is just trying to reiterate that a caloric deficit will cause weight loss. This is a calorie counting website; people are using this method and seeing results.…
