Make sure you eat before you work out in the morning - I fell on a treadmill from wooziness last time I decided not to eat before a workout. Awesome - thank you for the replies! I like the idea of putting it in the night before, so you have to eat what you put down. Another friend also told me to put it in your phone.

I'm also a 'from scratch' cooker - I've found that I log in my recipes under 'save this meal', and then I just pick out from my 'meals' the recipe I used and ate!
