    1/2 cup skim milk

    Coffee w/ sugar free creamer (just can't seem to lose the creamer)
    7:00 a.m.
    Low-carb whole wheat tortilla w/
    1 T Naturally More Peanut Butter
    1 T fresh ground flaxseed
    1/3 Banana, sliced

    9:45
    2 egg white omlette w/ 1 T 2% cheese
    1 Sara Lee 45 cal, toasted
    1/2 tomato, sliced

    All that for 325 calories!! It's all about the choices we make!

    Water w/ fresh lemon - lots of it - to wash down this handful of vitamins & supplements! :wink:

    Just a cafe au lait for today...will follow up with a snack of mixed berries in about an hour. No time for solid food at the moment.

    I LOVE nutella...but haven't touched it in years thinking its bad for you...whats the scoop? Is it better for you then peanut butter?
    It's not bad for you... I don't think :huh:
    I use only 1 TBSP b/c that's enough for me. I think natural PB is better for you.. not sure but that's what I'd go with if I had to choose which was better for me.

    Nutella on waffles, with pretzels, toast and even mini caramel rice cakes. It's just so good!

    I think I will have scamble eggs and toast and diet jelly. Get off to a good protein breakfast.

    Early: 1 of my wonderful Pumpkin, Banana, Carrot, Golden Raisin, Sunflower seed muffin. omg. Heaven.

    Later: 3 egg white omelett w 2% cheese, onions sauted in natural grapeseed oil, a bit of lean ham, and some raw sweet yellow pepper. 1 slice Aunt Millies's Light Whole Grain toast (not nearly as good as Sara Lee's 45 cal wheat w/ honey)

    1 packet of quaker instant oatmeal- maple and brown sugar weight control

    1 handful of unsalted raw cashews....

    all after my 1 hour work out session this morning!

    YAY!

    oh and 3 glasses of water...

    2 egg white omelette w/ 1/2 Sargento's Lite String Cheese & 2 slices Honey Smoked Turkey
    1 slice Aunt Millie's 35 cal bread toasted (not so fond of this bread but now i have a whole loaf)

    Lots of water - - all day! 32 oz. down, 165 oz. to go!:drinker:

    Don't use food as a reward! Treat yourself to something nice that costs about the same instead-new lip gloss, a copy of your favorite magazine, etc...it'll feel just as good!
